Healing happens in safe, compassionate relationship
I work with women who are navigating betrayal, relational trauma, and the confusion that often follows when trust has been broken. Many of the women I support feel emotionally overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, and questioning their judgment, worth, or next steps. My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and self-trust.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens in relationship and that the body carries important information about what is safe and true. Rather than rushing toward answers or decisions, we focus on creating enough internal safety for clarity to emerge at your own pace.
I have extensive experience working with betrayal trauma, infidelity, and relational wounds, including situations involving compulsive sexual behavior. I understand how deeply disorienting these experiences can be, and I work carefully to help you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Whether you are deciding whether to stay or leave a relationship, trying to understand why this happened, or simply wanting the emotional intensity to settle, I will meet you where you are.
My work is steady, boundaried, and respectful of your autonomy. I aim to hold a calm, supportive presence as you move from confusion toward clarity and a deeper sense of yourself.
You are not crazy.
You are not alone.
Healing is possible.
After betrayal, healing begins in relationship—through safety, steadiness, and compassionate understanding.
